While we do not stock or sell spare parts directly, we can help you source them through our network of suppliers in China.
What ExcaYard Does Supply
Our core business is exporting used excavators. We do not maintain a spare parts inventory, but we understand that buyers often need parts for maintenance or repairs. After you purchase a machine, we can assist in locating genuine or aftermarket parts from trusted suppliers in China. This is a value-added service, not a primary offering.
Machine Condition and the 150-Point Inspection
Every excavator we export undergoes a rigorous 150-point pre-shipment inspection. This covers the engine, hydraulics, undercarriage, electrical system, and structural components. We verify working hours and use paint-thickness checks to detect any repainting or bodywork. You receive detailed photos and video documentation before shipping. Documents and Certifications
We handle all export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin. Depending on your destination, we arrange necessary certifications: SONCAP for Nigeria, SABER for Saudi Arabia, PVoC for Kenya, Tanzania and Ghana, GSA for Ghana, and KEBS for Kenya. These certifications ensure smooth customs clearance. We do not provide certificates for spare parts, as we do not sell them.
Payment Terms
We accept payment via T/T USD wire, L/C through Bank of China, and Wise. A typical process involves a deposit to initiate the order, with the balance paid before shipment. For spare parts sourced through our network, payment terms would be arranged directly with the parts supplier.
Shipping Methods and Lead Time
We ship excavators via RoRo, container, or flat-rack, depending on machine size and destination. Default ports are Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, and Tianjin. CIF lead time is typically 28-45 days port-to-port. If you need spare parts, they can often be shipped alongside the machine or separately, but this depends on the supplier and shipping method.
