Ocean transit. Buyer broker clears customs at destination. 30-day mechanical warranty starts on handover.

Notify buyer in 24 h. CIF: we pay origin storage. Missed RoRo: re-book next vessel.
Amended docs issued in 48 h via DHL / FedEx. Telex release for urgent cases.
Vessel does not depart. 30% deposit forfeited. Machine returned to inventory.
Fix discrepancies in 5 business days. Buyer may waive for fee. D/P fallback.
Alternative routes: USD via Dubai, CNY direct, or EUR via HSBC. Documented in PI.
