These terms apply to use of the ExcaYard website and to preliminary communications before a final proforma invoice or written sales agreement is issued.

Website information
Machine listings, specifications, photos, prices, hours, grades, and availability are provided for preliminary reference. Final availability, condition, price, inspection findings, payment schedule, and shipment method must be confirmed in writing before any transaction.
Quotes and transactions
FOB, CIF, container, RoRo, or break-bulk quotes depend on destination port, carrier availability, machine size, customs requirements, and exchange-rate conditions. The final commercial terms are those stated in the accepted proforma invoice or written agreement.
Inspection and buyer responsibility
ExcaYard helps coordinate yard inspection, photo review, video walkaround, and export documentation. Used equipment is sold according to confirmed condition at the time of agreement. Buyers should review inspection materials and confirm import rules in their destination country.
Trademarks and OEM relationship
Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Sany, XCMG, SDLG, and other manufacturer names belong to their respective owners. ExcaYard is not affiliated with these OEMs; brand names are used only to identify pre-owned machines.
