How do I safely buy a used excavator from China?
Insist on an inspection report, hours verification, and clear FOB/CIF terms before any deposit — and buy from an exporter who shares photos and video of the actual machine.

The safe buying sequence
- Pick a machine from live inventory, not a catalogue image.
- Get the 150-point report plus photos and video of that exact unit.
- Agree terms — FOB or CIF, payment method, and schedule, in writing.
- Pay deposit only against the approved, inspected machine.
- Prep and ship — we handle export prep, booking, and documentation.
- Receive documents — B/L, invoice, and any country certifications (SONCAP, PVoC, etc.).
Red flags to avoid
- No inspection report or refusal to send photos/video.
- Unverifiable operating hours or a "too cheap" price for the spec.
- No physical address, no company registration, or payment to a personal account with no contract.
- Pressure to wire a deposit before you've seen any evidence.

Should I visit the yard in person?
You can — our Hefei yard is open to buyers. If you can't travel, the photos, video, and third-party inspection (BV/SGS/Intertek) are your remote eyes.
How do I verify the exporter is real?
Check company registration, a physical address, and a track record. We publish our address (Room 608, Hualin Innovation Valley, Hefei) and trade history openly.
What documents should I receive?
Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, the inspection report, and any destination certifications (SONCAP, SABER, PVoC, etc.).
