What payment terms do you accept for first-time international buyers?
T/T USD wire (Bank of China / SWIFT), Wise, L/C through Bank of China, or CNY via Hong Kong. First-time buyers typically use T/T with a deposit against the approved inspection report.
Payment methods we accept
- T/T USD wire — Bank of China / SWIFT, the default for international buyers.
- Wise — fast, low-fee for smaller balances and deposits.
- L/C (Letter of Credit) — through Bank of China, for larger or repeat orders.
- CNY direct — via Hong Kong settlement, for buyers who prefer RMB.
How a first purchase flows
Typical first-time flow: pick a machine → approve the 150-point report → pay a deposit → we prep and ship → pay the balance against shipping documents before or at departure, depending on agreed terms.
A note for new buyers
We keep terms straightforward and always against a specific, inspected machine — never a deposit on an unseen unit. Ask us to walk you through the exact schedule for your order size.
Do you accept PayPal?
We standardize on T/T, Wise, L/C, and CNY. PayPal isn't a standard method for equipment-sized payments, but we can discuss alternatives for smaller deposits.
What is the typical deposit?
It depends on the order and machine; we set it in the contract after you approve the report. The balance is paid against shipping documents.
Can I open an L/C?
Yes — L/C through Bank of China is available, typically for larger or repeat orders.
