What inspection report do you provide before deposit?

A 150-point pre-shipment report covering engine, hydraulics, undercarriage, paint thickness, and hours verification — with photos and video — before you pay any deposit.

What the 150-point report covers

  • Engine — start, idle, throttle response, blow-by, leaks, and noise.
  • Hydraulics — cycle times, drift, cylinder condition, and main pump performance.
  • Undercarriage — track chains, rollers, idlers, and sprockets with wear percentages.
  • Paint thickness — measured to flag panel repair or hidden accident damage.
  • Hours verification — meter cross-checked against service history and wear.

How it reaches you

You get the written report plus photos and video of the actual machine — walk-around, engine start, and hydraulic operation — so you can see it run before committing. Only after you approve the report do we ask for a deposit.

Third-party on request

If your buyer or bank requires an independent check, we coordinate Bureau Veritas, SGS, or Intertek inspection as well.

Related questions

Do I pay before or after the report?

After — you review the report, photos, and video first, then pay the deposit against the approved machine.

Can I get an independent inspection?

Yes — we coordinate Bureau Veritas, SGS, or Intertek inspection on request, at cost.

Does the report show undercarriage wear?

Yes, as percentages per component, so you can price a track replacement before you buy.
