How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours during business days (الإثنين–السبت, 09:00–19:00 CST). WhatsApp messages are checked outside hours by on-call sales but full quotes wait for business hours.
Do I need to know exactly which model I want?
No. Tell us your destination port, weight class, year range, and budget — we narrow down 3–5 candidates and let you pick.
What is included in the CIF quote you send back?
آلة purchase, inland trucking to port, container/RoRo loading, ocean freight, marine insurance, certificate من origin, market PSI (SONCAP/SABER/PVoC/GSA where required). Destination port handling + import duty are buyer-side.
Do you accept payments other than USD?
USD via TT or LC is واحد. We also accept CNY (الصين bank transfer), EUR, and for Russia direct CNY-RUB via VTB/Sberbank corridors. AED via Dubai bank corridors for forex-constrained markets.
Can you arrange financing?
We do not directly finance, but we work with several trade finance providers (HSBC, Standard Chartered, AfreximBank for Africa) on referral. Minimum invoice $50k for trade finance.
